Shipping Policy

How much will my shipping cost?
Orders ship for a flat $7.00 rate anywhere in the 48 Contiguous United States. Our standard method of shipping is via the United States Postal Service or FEDEX.

When will my order ship?
Items are hand crafted at the time of ordering. Most items on the website ship within 7 to 10 business days after the order is placed. Standard delivery can take between 1 and 5 business days to arrive. Please take this into account when placing your order. See the map for estimated delivery times once your order has shipped. We do not offer weekend deliveries.

Priority Service
Based on our backlog of orders we handle all orders on a first come first serve basis. However, we understand that sometimes our customers need their order rushed to meet the date of their special event. Our Priority Service service moves your order up on the production schedule and usually ships within 1 to 3 business days. Regular delivery times apply. The various priority services along with estimated arrival dates will be displayed at time of checkout.

Expedited Shipping
If your in a rush to receive your order, we do offer expedited overnight and 2nd day delivery service via FEDEX. Please keep in mind that your order is still hand made and could take up to 2 business days to ship. All expedited service options will be displayed at time of checkout.


Returns

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase from Little Bouquet Shop. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it and before the event date. We'll refund you the complete purchase price of the product.

Return Instructions
Please follow the instructions below to return a product to Little Bouquet Shop:

  1. E-mail us at returns@littlebouquetshop.com. Please include the invoice number in the email.
  2. If you are only returning a partial order then please note which items you are returning.
  3. You'll receive an email with a Return Authorization (RA) number within 24 hours of submitting your return request.
  4. Once you receive the RA number, carefully repackage the product in the same manner it was received. Please use packing tape.
  5. Clearly right the return address and Return Authorization number on the shipping box.
  6. When we receive the returned package we'll inspect the contents for wear and damage.
  7. If the product(s) are clear of damage, we will issue you a full refund within 2 (two) days of receiving the returned product.

Terms and Conditions
Our products are made with delicate materials and should be treated carefully. Please make sure your hands are clean before handling your flowers.

Products must be returned in new condition in its original packaging. Products that are returned without the original packaging are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Products returned damaged or showing any signs of wear will void our "No Risk Satisfaction Guarantee" policy and will not qualify for a refund.

We will not accept any products for return if it is shipped to us after the event date, even if it falls within the 10 day return window. Products returned after the event date are assumed to have been used for the event and cannot be returned for a refund.

Refunds are not applied to shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charge. If only part of an order is returned and the order qualified for a promotional discount, the order will be re-evaluated. If the remaining non-returned items did not qualify for the discount, the refunded amount will be adjusted accordingly.

How to Size your Wrist

Corsage bracelets come in all different styles and colors and most importantly different sizes. This is always a big concern for me, because I have a tiny wrist and corsages tend to be big. Lucky for you, we've found several different bracelet styles to fit all wrist sizes!

To know what type of bracelet you should choose, you first have to measure your wrist. All you need is a piece of string, a marker and a ruler. Take the string and wrap it around your wrist so it's just touching your skin. It's not squeezing you but not loose and dangling either. Then take the marker and mark the length of string that goes around your wrist. Lay the string flat against the ruler, and measure to your marked point -- that is your wrist size.

Your wrist size will fall under one of the following categories:
Small wrist = 5-1/2 inches or smaller
Average wrist = 6 to 6 1/2 inches
Large wrist = 7 inches or larger

Bracelet Types:
Snap-It - These bracelets are flexible and generally fit any wrist size.
Rhinestone - Fit any average to large sized wrist and are loose on smaller wrists.
Pearls - Are a snug fit even for small wrists.
Sequins - Are a snug fit for most wrist sizes.
Bubble - Is a snug fit for any size wrist as well.
